Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new stain of a collagen fiber staining technique without using mordant, with short dyeing time and with a good dyeing result.SOLUTION: Acidic dye stain dissolves in picric acid water solution. The picric acid water solution is saturated picric acid water solution. A collagen fiber staining technique is an azan staining technique, and the acidic dye stain is azocarmine and orange G. Though the conventional method needs about 6 hours for cell dyeing by the azocarmine G, and all night for mordanting by phosphotungstic acid, this invention can conduct cell dying in about 30 minutes and fractionation by the phosphotungstic acid in about 10 minutes, and the dyeing time can be about 1 hour.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
