To provide an easy-to-manufacture stain preventive sheet for a multi-color printer, which is attached on a surface of a paper sheet feed cylinder of a paper sheet printer or a surface of a guide roller of a rotary printer, which are to be brought into contact with a printing surface of a print paper sheet, to prevent the surface of the paper sheet feed cylinder or the guide roller from being stained during printing, and exhibits excellent durability, and to provide a printing method using the same.
The printer stain preventive sheet 10 is attached on the surface of a paper sheet feed cylinder for feeding a paper sheet to an impression cylinder of the paper sheet printer, or the surface of the guide roller of the rotary printer. The sheet includes a base material 11, and many fine convex parts 12 formed on one surface 11a of the base material 11. The fine convex part 12 is formed by applying or printing ultraviolet curable varnish.
