Abstract:
To duplicate a solid structure with curved faces and carry out the shaping free from unnatural aspects.
A solid stained glass 10 duplicating a soccer ball is formed by bonding fine glass pieces 1, fine pentagonal pieces 2 and collective fine hexagonal pieces 3 (fine hexagolateral pieces 31 and fine quadrilateral pieces 32), all of which are formed by cutting a raw material glass into the given shape, bonded one another through a bonding agent 4. In that case, respective fine glass pieces 1 are provided with curved faces of curvature radium equal to the radius of the soccer ball.
