Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless clad steel plate which is excellent in seawater corrosion resistance and simultaneously satisfies both corrosion resistance and mechanical characteristics.SOLUTION: There is provided a stainless clad steel plate which is excellent in seawater corrosion resistance, in which a cladding material for the stainless clad steel plate is composed by mass of 0.030% or less of C, 0.02 to 1.50% of Si, 0.02 to 2.0% of Mn, 0.040% or less of P, 0.030% or less of S, 22.0 to 25.0% of Ni, 22.0 to 26.0% of Cr, 3.5 to 5.0% of Mo and 0.10 to 0.25% of N, the remainder of Fe and inevitable impurities and further satisfies the following expression (1), and 0.3 mass% or less of Cr and 0.2 mass% or less of Mo are present in a precipitated state in the steel. Cr+3.3Mo+16 N≥40 (1): in which, each symbol of element represents the mass% of each element.
