PURPOSE: To improve corrosion resistance, adhesion property of a coating film and weather resistance, etc., by providing a silicon alkoxide-based coating layer on a stainless steel base material through a primer layer.
CONSTITUTION: The silicon alkoxide-based coating layer consisting of the cured product of the silicon alkoxide-based coating material is provided on the stainless steel base material through the primer layer. The primer layer is composed of the cured product of the primer composition compounding following each component, (1) 40-60 pts.wt. silicone-modified epoxy resin, (2) 3-5 pts.wt. melamine resin, (3) 11-23 pts.wt. inorg. color pigment and extender pigment, (4) 12-44 pts.wt. org. solvent capable of dissolving (1) and (2) (the total content of the pigment of (3) (PWC) is 35-45wt.% per total solid amount of the primer composition). In this way, excellent corrosion resistance, adhesion property of a coating film and weather resistance is obtained.
