Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition capable of forming coating film having stainproofing performance based on high-degree of hydrophilic properties from directly after film forming, and further imparting excellent long term weather resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance, further a method of coating finish capable of giving excellent outer appearance of finishing, and a coated article obtained by the method.
SOLUTION: (A) Compounding a modified resin which is obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable, acrylic resin-synthesizing monomer mixture comprising a hydroxy-containing radical-polymerizable monomer in the presence of a specific organo silicate and/or its condensate.
