To provide a stainproof coating composition capable of sustaining the stainproof effects for a long period.

The stainproof coating composition contains [A] an elution-controlling agent containing one or more kinds of modified silicone oils (a-1) in which a part of methyl groups of side chains of a dimethylsilicone oil is replaced with one or more organic groups, [B] a spreading resin and [C] stainproof chemicals containing one or more selected from the group consisting of cuprous oxide, copper powder, 2-mercaptopyridine N-oxide copper, 2-mercaptopyridine N-oxide zinc, bis(dimethyldithiocarbamoyl)zinc-ethylene-bis(dithiocarbamate) and pyridine triphenylboron. The composition contains 0.5-50 pts.wt. of the modified silicone oil (a-1) based on 100 pts.wt. of the spreading resin [B], and 1-200 pts.wt. of the stainproof chemicals [C] based on 100 pts.wt. of the spreading resin [B]. The organic group contains at least one of an aralkyl group and a 6C alkyl group, and optionally contains a polyether group.
