Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stair travel vehicle capable of simplifying its structure, improving control ability, and maintaining a vehicle body in a horizontal state.SOLUTION: The stair travel vehicle comprises: a left and right pair of first axes 6L, 6R; first arms 7L, 7R; second axes 10L, 10R; second arms 11L, 11R; a left and right pair of first motors 8L, 8R for rotating respective first arms 7L, 7R around the first axes 6L, 6R respectively; and a left and right pair of second motors 12L, 12R for rotating respective second arms 11L, 11R around the second axes 10L, 10R respectively. Operation of the left and right arm mechanisms is alternately performed.
