Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a stalk culm pinching conveyer capable of detecting straw blockings while avoiding a detecting switch caught by discharged threshed straws under conveyance.
CONSTITUTION: This stalk culm pinching conveyer comprises forming a rail supporting rod 37 extended from a discharged straw pinching rail 35 at a supporting frame body 38 with a penetration thereto as freely slidable, energizing the discharged straw pinching rail 35 to make a close contact with a endless rotating chain 33 by energizing the rail supporting rod 37 slidably with a spring 41 housed in the supporting frame body 38, and arranging a detecting switch 5 at the inner side of the supporting frame body 38 and covered by the supporting frame body 38 not to be caught by the discharged straw. In case the discharged straw pinching rail 35 is removed from the endless rotating chain 33 by a prescribed distance due to the occurrence of a straw blocking, a stopper pin 39 equipped at the rail supporting rod 37 for stopping the spring is operated to push and press an operating part 5a of the detecting switch 5 and the detecting switch detects the straw blocking.
