Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove perforation tailings sticking to a thermal head and enable the positive perforation of a stamping face part.
SOLUTION: A stamping part body 4 comprises a base material 26 of rectangular parallelopiped shape with a recessed part 25, an impregnation element 37 impregnated with an oily ink and a heat-sensitive stencil master 28 covering the former two. In addition, the printing face part 33 of the heat-sensitive stencil master 28 is covered with a heat sensitive paper 200. The heat sensitive paper 200 has a cleaning pattern for a thermal head printed before the perforation of the heat-sensitive stencil master 28. The perforation tailings sticking to the thermal head up to a preceding perforation step are removed through sticking to the heat sensitive paper 200 side by printing the cleaning pattern. After printing the cleaning pattern, the heat sensitive paper 200 is removed from the stamping part body 4 and the heat-sensitive stencil master 28 is perforated by the thermal head. In this case, the thermal head is clear of the perforation tailings, so that a perfect and defectless perforation is performed.
