Abstract:
A stamp fabricating apparatus enabling many and unspecified persons having no experience of operation on the apparatus to fabricate a desired stamp with simple operations. After a coin thrown into the apparatus is detected by a coin detector 10, image data representative of design samples available to a stamp surface size of a stamp to be fabricated are read from a storage unit 2 in response to a predetermined operation. With the read image data displayed on a display unit 8, a design is edited in an image processing unit 8 for the stamp surface of the stamp. The unprocessed stamp surface of the stamp is then engraved on the basis of the produced design in a stamp surface engraving unit 13.
