To provide a stamp pad having a good seal shade particularly when impressed at a low pressure and capable of being easily manufactured at a relatively low cost by maintaining a relatively constant ink adhering amount from a start of using to an end of using irrespectively of strong or weak impressing while incorporating fundamental performance of obtaining a bright stamp seal shade.

The stamp pad comprises a front cloth made of a nonwoven fabric containing an at least ink impregnating material and extrafine fibers each having a specific fiber size as main bodies. This pad has a case formed of a sheathing material as one example, the ink impregnating material contained in the case to impregnate an ink and the cloth made of the nonwoven fabric containing extrafine fibers each having a fiber size of 0.05 to 10 μm as a main body.
