Title:
STAMPER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02173284
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the adhesive strength between a photoresist film and a conductive film and to prevent the stripping and bulging of both films by providing a chromium layer between the surface of the photoresist film on which a signal pit is formed and the conductive film to be vapor-deposited on the photoresist film. CONSTITUTION:A photoresist is applied on a specularly polished and cleaned glass master disk 1, and then exposure-recorded by the laser light modulated by a signal. A signal pit 6 is formed on the surface of the developed photoresist film 3. A chromium layer 5 is then formed on the film 3 surface by sputtering, etc. A conductive film 4 of nickel, etc., is further formed by sputtering, etc. Electrocast nickel 7 is formed thereon to obtain a stamper to be used in the forming of a compact disk, etc.
