Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press working machine capable of restraining an increase in man-hours, when removing pieces generated by fragmenting a scrap.SOLUTION: A press working machine comprises relatively movable upper die 14 and lower die 15, a first molding cutter 16 and a second molding cutter 23 provided in the upper die 14 and the lower die 15 and separating into a product 12 and a scrap 13 by shearing a work 11, and comprises a first scrap cutter 17 provided in the upper die 14, a set of second scrap cutters 24 provided in the lower die 15 and fragmenting the scrap 13 into a plurality of pieces by cooperating with the first scrap cutter 17 and a removal mechanism 31 for dropping the pieces 39 from the set of second scrap cutters 24 by imparting elastic force of an elastic member 35 to the pieces 39 placed on the set of second scrap cutters 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
