Abstract:
To provide a stand-alone washbasin capable of independently functioning without any water supply or drainage for a relatively long period of time.SOLUTION: A stand-alone washbasin 1 includes a water creation function part 6 and a vaporization function part 9. The water creation function part 6 heats an absorbent 20 for absorbing moisture in air to create condensate water. The condensate water is filtered by a reverse osmosis membrane filter 13 and is accumulated in a water tank 7. A filtration pump 12 applies pressure to the condensate water and filters it with the reverse osmosis membrane filter 13. Filtered clarified water is accumulated in the water tank 7 and is pumped up to a sink 4 in response to an operation of a faucet 5. Drainage water from the sink 4 is filtered by a filtration membrane 14. A drainage tank 15 on the downstream side of the filtration membrane 14 is tapered downward. The drainage water permeates a water filter 16 by self-weight of the drainage water accumulated in the drainage tank 15 and falls into a vaporization chamber 17. The drainage water is heated/vaporized to a temperature equal to or more than a boiling point of water in an evaporating dish in the vaporization chamber 17 and is released to the atmosphere via a silver ion filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
