To stabilize photographing of high angle or the like by driving both an elevator rod elevatably moving means and a tripod head turning means by a motor, providing a specific number of supporting legs hangingly beneath an elevator base, and providing shock preventing means between the supporting legs and casters.
The elevatable moving means of an elevator rod 6 formed out of an operation part, a battery, and a motor as a motor-driven elevatable moving means 8. The turning means of a tripod head part 4 is formed out of an operation part, a battery, and a motor as a motor-driven turning means 5. Supporting legs 9 are hangingly provided beneath the four corners of an elevator base 7, so as to constitute into a four-leg system. Further shock preventing means 11 are respectively interposed between the supporting legs 9 and casters 10. By this constitution, a camera can be stably supported by the four-leg system, and turning and elevatable movement are smoothly performed by the motor-driven system. In particular, photographing of high angle over a head can be also stably performed.
