Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable application of a specified resistance force to rotation by a method wherein a lock mechanism is unlocked by holding an arm and a height adjustment of a medical injector head is performed through a gas spring while a friction coefficient is specified between a slide strut and a main pipe.
SOLUTION: A plurality of recessed grooves are formed in the external surface of a slide strut 12 on which a head 1 for installing a medical apparatus is fixed along the axial direction thereof. On the other hand, protruded parts are formed on the internal surface of a bush 10 provided on the outer circumference of the strut 12 to be engaged with the recessed grooves of the strut 12. An arm 3 is pivoted 4 on the head 1 to press in a notch 9c provided in a gas spring 9 and when the arm 3 is held, the notch 9c is pressed in to unlock a lock mechanism of a link rod 9b and under the unlocked condition, the slide strut 12 is slid. This accomplishes the rotation of the strut 12 on the main pipe 8 through the bush 10 thereby allowing blocking of accidental rotation with a larger friction coefficient.
