Title:
STAND MOUNT MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3495380
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To mount stands to allow a monitor to withstand a heavy weight.
CONSTITUTION: A bracket 5 is fixed to a front side of a chassis 3 as a mount face of a monitor 1 by using a machine screw 6. The bracket 5 is used to press a lock extended externally from both left and right ends of stands 7 onto the chassis 3 and the stands 7 are fitted to the chassis turnably. A plane cut-face forming a lock mechanism is formed to the lock part of the stands 7 corresponding to the turning position in the locking state (solid lines) and opening state (broken lines) and the stands 7 are stably locked at each turning position. When the stand 7 is turned to revise the closing/opening state, the bracket 5 is deformed in an opposite side with the lock part of the stand 7 against a pressing force of the bracket 5 onto the chassis 3. It is not required to deform the stands 7 themselves and the stands 7 are formed thick and withstand a heavy load.
