Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain stand structure, in which the cleaning of a stand and the floor face of the stand can be automated, labor is saved and even a cost aspect is profitable.
CONSTITUTION: Stepped floors 2 are installed onto endless ring-shaped links 20, and the links are wrapped between a sprocket 3 on the upper stage side and a sprocket on the lower stage side, thus constituting a wrapping transmission mechanism 4. A belt conveyor 5 is mounted to the lower section of the sprocket 3, and falling objects from seats 10... and the floors 2 are carried to a dust carrying-out port 6. A cleaning station 7 is disposed near the downstream side of the belt conveyor 5, the station is equiped with facilities for cleaning such as the blow-off port, etc., of cleaning air, and the seats 10... passing in an upper section are cleaned.
