CONSTITUTION: A receiving metal fitting 10 having a flange 10B is formed in the middle part of a cylindrical body 10A which supports the supporting legs for a floor. Then, the receiving metal fitting 10 is supported by an elastic body 11 having a vacant part 11A at the middle part and projection parts 11B and 11C on the upper and lower surfaces and a slit 11D on the undersurface. Further, a spacer such as rubber O-ring may be used in substitution for the projection parts 11B and 11C. The initial springiness of the elastic body is made soft by reducing the contact area between the receiving metal fitting 10 and the elastic body 11. Therefore, the shock absorbing force on the floor is increased, and the sound shielding performance can be improved.
