To provide technology for obtaining an index for deciding whether a standard technique substantially infiltrates.

In a method, it is decided whether each conference about a specific project corresponds to a first conference kind wherein a member except members of the specific project is included in participants of each conference about the specific project or to a second conference kind wherein only the members of the specific project are included in the participants. Based on data on documents used for the conferences, a first index about the document used in the conference of the first conference kind and a second index about the document used in the conference of the second conference kind are calculated about the specific project, and a third index representing a deviation degree between the first index and the second index is calculated.
