PURPOSE: To reduce construction cost in order to contribute to the reduction of sales price of apartmenthouses.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of houses 3 are arranged to be adjacent to each other in turn in respective floors and a number of houses are serially constructed in the horizontal direction and also superposed vertically. At least vertically superposed houses are of the same type in order to construct respective houses by a simply repeating work. When necessary, the plan of a portion 16 composed of a plurality of houses is made equal. The boundary wall 10 is made quake- resistant. The sectional dimensions of columns and beams are regularily varied and eaves as scaffolds are attached at the external wall of gable side and further, double-floor, double-ceiling, or double-wall is made in the houses.
