To remarkably reduce current consumption in standby while sharing an external connection terminal for setting a current value as a terminal for standby control.
When a gate voltage of a transistor M3 is switched from "H" to "L", a switch signal SW becomes "L" and an external connection terminal P1 is pulled up, and an enable signal En becomes "L" and a standby state. When the gate voltage of the transistor M3 is switched from "L" to "H", the potential of the external connection terminal P1 in a pulled-up state is reduced to allow the enable signal En to become "H", a resistance-current conversion circuit 1 thereby starts to operate, and the switch signal SW becomes "H". At this time, the external connection terminal P1 is released from the pull-up state.
