To provide a standing posture regulating instrument by which one can easily do balance training in a proper posture in a simple structure.

The standing posture regulating instrument is characterized by having a balance board for a person to stand in a standing posture and a detecting means for detecting the position of a marker affixed to or attached to the predetermined position of the person. The balance board is used for projecting the gravitational center line of the person in the standing posture onto a grounding base face and the marker is used for affixing or attaching to the position in a gravitational center height of the person, and the detecting means detects the position of the marker and detects the positional relation in fore and aft directions or right and left directions relative to the gravitational center line.
