PURPOSE: To safely practice rehabilitation by housing the foot board of a bed in a bed frame when a sheet is exchanged, bending the head side tip of a bed mat by lifting the back part of the bed and performing change-direction by bending the foot side tip of the bed manually and forming it in chair shape.

CONSTITUTION: The foot board 7 of the bed is housed in the frame 9 of the bed when the sheet is exchanged. Then, a head side mat 1 as the back part of the bed is automatically lifted by a motor and a gear, etc., and the head side tip 2 of the head side mat 1 is bent, and a lot 3 to hold it is slid by its own dead weight, then, it is set horizontally. While, the tip of the foot side mat 11 of the bed is formed in chair shape by bending manually, and is rotated by changing direction by a thrust bearing 6 on a center axis of chair shape. In this way, it is possible to safely perform the aid of training to let a bedridden aged stand from the bed by anybody.
