Abstract:
PURPOSE: To rapidly and surely conduct construction on site.
CONSTITUTION: Between upper story and lower story building units 1A, 1B wherein a steel frame skeleton is constituted containing a ceiling beam 4, floor beam 2 and pillar 3, the upper story building unit 1A is equipped with a fire resistant floor material 11 at the floor beam 2 thereof. The ceiling beam 4 of the lower story building unit 1B is covered with a soft fire resistant material 18, which is provided with a horizontal part 18A connected to the fire resistant floor material 11, and a support member 19 for supporting a lower part of this horizontal part 18A is provided in the ceiling beam 4 of the lower story building unit 1B. When the upper story building unit 1A is placed on the lower story building unit 1B, the fire resistant floor material 11 of the upper story building unit 1A is brought into contact with a whole surface of the horizontal part 18A of the soft fire resistant material 18 provided in the lower story building unit 1B.
