Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing water purifier with which oxygen is supplied to bottom water by making the bottom water flow upward and making the standing water be stirred as a countermeasure against conversion of the bottom water of only slightly flowing standing water such as a lake, a swamp, a pool, a dam, a digestion tank or the like into muddy sediment due to oxygen deficiency.SOLUTION: Bottom water in standing water is made to upflow in a vortex by installing a windmill 4 on a top face of a hanger body 2, installing a vertical shaft rotor 8 via a bearing 7 provided on the lower end part of a hanging rod 6 hung on the hanger body 2, connecting a vertical main shaft 4A of the windmill 4 to a rotor shaft 8A of the vertical shaft rotor 8 with a transmission shaft 10, and rotating the vertical shaft rotor 8 with torque of the windmills 4, 11.
