Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (X represents formula II-IV). EXAMPLE:A compound expressed by formula V. USE:Useful for production of a transparent electroconductive tin oxide. PREPARATION:(A) A stannous carboxylate (example; stannous oxalate) and (B) a peroxide (example; H2O2 or hydroperoxides) are added into an aqueous medium and stirred. (C) dopant of 0.01-0.6mol based on 1mol component (A) is further preferably used.
