To provide a staple suitable for bundling a small article or a wire rod such as a wire harness for reducing the cost of a molding die, for cutting a long bundling band in a length required in using, and for easily bundling a member to be bundled by reducing the sliding resistance of the band in tightening.

This angle tubular staple comprises the first bendable tongue piece 12 which forms one side wall of a pair of facing side walls and is connected to one side opening end 11a side with the other side opening end 11b side formed as a free end, the second bendable tongue piece 13 which forms the other side wall of the pair of facing side walls and is connected to the other side opening end side with the one side opening end side formed as a free end, the first locking tab 12b formed on the inside face of the first tongue piece for allowing the insertion of a bundling band from the one side opening end to the other side opening end and for prohibiting the reverse movement, and the second locking tab 13b formed on the inside face of the second tongue allowing the insertion of the band from the other side opening end to the one side opening end and prohibiting the reverse movement.
