PURPOSE: To improve strickleproof of a staple and preventing deformation at driving time by providing a coating layer directly in a surface of the staple, and connecting each staple by a bonding agent, to prevent separation of a coating from the staple.
CONSTITUTION: A coating agent of a synthetic rein or cellulose nitrate and the like is applied to a surface of a staple 11, to form a hardening coating layer 12, and the staple 11 is parallelly connected to be bonded by a bonding agent 13, to manufacture a connecting type staple. In the case of driving this staple 11 by a stapler machine, a bonding agent layer 13 of strength lower than the hardening coating layer 12 is broken off, to drive into an object the staple 11 without separating therefrom the hardening coating layer 12. Since each staple 11 is bonded by a bonding agent softer than the hardening coating layer 12, even when applied an impact or bending stress at transport time or the like, the staple is prevented from breaking, and a form as the connecting type staple is maintained, without causing an obstacle in use without also apprehension of decreasing a high product value.
