PURPOSE: To improve the productivity by drawing the wire rod pulled out of plural reels in a lump by a fixed die after collecting them in parallel and in succession winding on the reel via the sticking stage of an adhesive and drying stage of the stuck adhesive.

CONSTITUTION: The wire rod 2 fed from plural reels 3 is drawn by a fixed die 1 via a wire collecting roll 4. In succession, after feeding to an adhesive sticking device 12 by passing it through a guide device 8 it is wound on a reel 13 after drying the adhesive by a drying device 12. With the composition like this, the quality is improved and also the productivity is improved.
