Abstract:
To provide a staple capable of preventing a bag from being broken through.
The plastic staple has a pair of leg parts 2A and 2B and a back part 3 to connect these leg parts 2A and 2B at one end side, and is driven to a binding position 14 of a bag mouth part Ta by a driver, and the pair of leg parts are clinched by a clincher 15 to bind the bag mouth part. A thin- walled holding plate part is formed inside the pair of leg parts.
