The attachment of a staple 14 is carried out by manually making the magazine 1 to a staple striking-out port (B)6 side and engaging a magazine fix fitting recessed portion 11 and a magazine fix fitting projecting portion (A)12 to fix the magazine 1. At that time, the movement of a staple pressing fitting 15 is regulated by a staple pressing fitting stopper (A)8 and a staple pressing fitting stopper (B)7, and a space in which the staple 14 is attached is ensured while tension is applied to a staple pressing spring 2. After the attachment of the stapler 14, by manually pressing an end portion on a staple striking-out port (A)5 side, engagement between recessed and projecting portions is released to insert the magazine 1 into a magazine storage fitting 9, and a magazine fix fitting projecting portion (B)13 and a magazine fix fitting recessed portion 11 are engaged to store and fix the magazine 1.
