Three plate-like materials are laminated and one part of a portion of a top-plate-like material is taken up. A case containing needles is placed there, and a position of needle is decided. If a receiver of needles made of the same metal as the stapler is prepared at a portion of a bottom-plate-like material 7 when one part of a top layer part is pressed down, and the needles in the case are set to be placed in the receiver of the needles, the needles can be punched at any place by inserting papers between the top-plate-like material 5 and the bottom-plate-like material 7.
