Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable stapler that allows an stapling operation by a stapling needle with a relatively weak force.
SOLUTION: A needle pressure lifting down sheet metal 21 is formed in an operation frame 5 of which rear end is directly or indirectly turnably pivoted, by a spindle 3, to a support piece 1a erected on the rear end side of the base frame 1. The needle pressure lifting down sheet metal 21 is lifted down following turn of the operation frame 5, one stapling needle in a needle pedestal 4 between the operation frame 5 and the base frame 1 is projected, and paper sheets caught between the base frame 1 and the needle receiving disk 2 are stapled. A handle frame 6 of which rear end is disposed over the spindle 3 and turnably pivoted to the support piece 1a is disposed over the operation frame 5, and the other end of a mediation piece 22 of which one end is turnably pivoted to an intermediate section in the longitudinal direction of the handle frame 6 is turnably pivoted to the operation frame 5.
