To simultaneously improve low temperature startability and acceleration performance of an engine by commonizing a starter device and a acceleration device with a single device and to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing number of parts and assembly man hour.

An acceleration pump device P is divided into a pump chamber 10 and an atmospheric chamber 9 by a divider 8, and a pump delivery passage 14 connecting to an intake passage 2 and a pump suction passage 12 connecting to a float chamber F open to the pump chamber 10. An operation lever 19 is rotatably supported by a shaft 18, and a connection flange 19b and an operation flange 19c are connected to a right end thereof. A pump rod 17 arranged to face the operation lever and the divider 8 is arranged and engaged at an engagement point C of another side B of the shaft 18, and a link rod 20 engaging with a throttle valve lever 4 is connected to the connection flange part 19b at another side B further than the engagement point C.
