PURPOSE: To rapidly carry out the start of a loom group by starting each loom constituting the loom group by signals from an integrated controller in order at a prescribed time interval.

CONSTITUTION: Starting signals are sent to a controlling circuit of each of looms A1-An, B1-Bn and C1-Cn constituting loom groups 1M, 2M and 3M from an integrated controller 2 at a prescribed time interval to start a motor of each of the looms in the loom groups 1M, 2M and 3M in order. Such a long time as required by the starting operation operated by an operator is not required to the starting of the last loom.
