Abstract:
To provide a starter motor which can improve workability.
This starter motor comprises: a plate screw member 7 moving on a lead screw member 4 by a thrust given by the lead screw member 4 rotated by energizing; a clutch member 8 coupled to the plate screw member 7 by means of frictional force; a pinion member 9 formed separately from the clutch member 8, coupled to the clutch member by means 8 of the frictional force, and meshed with load.
