Abstract:
PURPOSE: To put components in common use for the rationalization of assembly by placing a screw terminal with tab, installed on a lid, on the center line of a pin terminal which is included together with a tab terminal in conductive hardware separately installed in the direction of radial circumference of a PTC thermistor.
CONSTITUTION: A fixing area 14a where one piece of, or a pair of, screw terminals with tab (TB) 15 are to be secured, is formed on a lid 14. The TB 15 is placed on the center line of a pin terminal 10b which is included together with a tab terminal 10a in conductive hardware 10, separately installed in the direction of radial circumference of a PTC thermistor. In other words, the screw terminal 15a of the TB 15 is placed on the conductive hardware 10 side with a step between it and the tab terminal 10a. A tab terminal 15b is oppositely placed in the step position between the screw terminal 15a and the tab terminal 10a of the conductive hardware 10. These parts are structured so that the tab terminal 15b, placed in line, will constitute the maximum outer dimension W in that direction.
