To easily adjust characteristics of a dynamic damper while reducing a size of a device as a whole in the starting device which includes the dynamic damper.
A hydraulic power transmission 1 includes: a damper mechanism 8 having a drive member 80, an intermediate member 83 engaging with the drive member 80 via a first coil spring 81, and a driven plate 84 engaging with the intermediate member 83 via a second coil spring 82; and the dynamic damper 10 structured of a coil spring 100 and a spring support member 11 as a mass body. The spring support member 11, which is a mass body of the dynamic damper 10, is supported so as to freely rotate around an axis of the hydraulic power transmission 1, and also supports the first coil spring 81 of the damper mechanism 8.
