Title:
STARTING SHOCK DAMPING DEVICE IN PISTON COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09217681
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To suppress the occurrence of vibration and noise by letting a spool be energized by an energizing means in a state that a compressor is suspended so as to allow a moving delivery valve to be disposed in an inoperative position, and damping compression load applied to a piston by a simple constitution when a clutch is connected therewith, and when liquid refrigerant is compressed.

A first control chamber 58 is partitioned so as to be formed in the front surface side of a spool 48, and a second control chamber 59 is enclosed by the spool 48 and a spool support part 47, and is so partitioned as to be formed in the back surface side of the spool 48. The pressure of the first control chamber 58 is set free to a compressing chamber through a first pressure feed passage so as to be lowered in pressure. Besides, the pressure of the second control chamber 59 is lowered down by suspending a compressing operation. And when the difference in pressure between the second control chamber 59 and the first control chamber 58 is less than energizing force by an energizing means 57, the spool 48 is so moved as to allow a moving delivery valve 53 located at an operative position to be disposed to an inoperative position. By this constitution, the provision of a simple constitution thereby allows compression load applied to a piston when liquid refrigerant is compressed and the like to be damped, and also enables the occurrence of vibration to be suppressed.
