Title:
STARTING SIGNAL GENERATOR FOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10271676
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a starting signal generator for a vehicle which can reduce the power condumption of a battery, and avoid the power exhaustion of the battery.

Switches SW1-SW4 are low side switches. If they are turned on, the input signals of pulse generators 51-54 are switched to high level signals through respective inverters 61-64. In response to the switching, pulse signals including pulses with specified time widths are outputted from the pulse generators 51-54 to a NAND 3 through inverters 41-44. In other words, when at least one of the switches SW1-SW4 is turned on, a pulse with a specified time width is outputted from the output terminal 3a of the NAND 3. A CPU 2 monitors an interrupt terminal 2a and, if that pulse is inputted, switches a power supply state from an unnecessary current cut-off mode to a normal mode.
