Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state change recording apparatus for continuously recording change in state.SOLUTION: A card issuing apparatus is an information processing apparatus such as a state change recording apparatus and so on. A normal operation power supply supplies electricity to each unit connected thereto in a normal operation. A state change recording apparatus 10 records state change caused by a specific operation even in an off state of the normal operation power source. A state change recording apparatus 200 controls the normal operation power source to turn it on or off. A state change detecting unit 201 detects a specific operation of a sensor 43. A comparator unit 202 compares a state obtained when the specific operation of the sensor 43 is detected, with the previously detected state to determine whether or not there is state change.
