Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the set places and housed places of the constituting equipment of a controller set possible to be displayed so as to be distributed at a job site at the time of executing the state monitor of the constituting equipment.
SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a maintenance tool 251 and a plurality of controllers (controllers A, B, and C) for controlling plant equipment 210 connected through a network 200, and the CPU A-C constituting each of control devices, input and output processors (PI/O units A-C), and remote input and output devices (RI/O units A-D) constituting the respective controllers are arranged through communication lines 240-242, 246, and 247 at a plurality of set places so as to be distributed. Then, a plurality of cards (I/F, AO, DO, PI/O, FAO, RAI, RDO, RDI) forming the constituting units are housed in a case body, and the set place specifying data and card information data of the constituting units are stored in a storage means arranged in the maintenance tool, and when one of the constituting units is designated, the set place of the constituting unit and the mounting position in the case body of the card in the unit are displayed.
