Abstract:
To provide a state measurement device capable of simultaneously measuring a plurality of state values which are changed by a relative movement of a measurement object.SOLUTION: A state measurement device comprises a detection part 2 and a measurement part 4 for measuring state values which are changed by a relative movement of a measurement object on the basis of an output value of the detection part 2. The detection part 2 includes: a charged layer 23 which is provided along a direction of the relative movement and is charged by friction generated due to the relative movement; and an output electrode layer 22 formed by a conductive material, which faces the charged layer 23 and is divided in the direction of the relative movement. The measurement part 4 simultaneously measures the two or more state values by using a first voltage output in which a spike-like pulse is included and a second voltage output having a reverse polarity to the first voltage output, in which the spike-like pulse is not included, among the output values of the detection part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
