To provide a static charge eliminator for a tire, eliminating electricity with high efficiency, as well as reducing the getting wet of the tire.
Compressed water is supplied from a water compressor 1 to nozzles 14A-14D, and micromist with an average diameter of 50 m or less is generated and is sprayed from the nozzles 14A-14D onto the tire 2. When the water is atomized and the diameter of a particle of water is large, the particle is burst in collision of the particle of the particle with the tire and the water is adhered to the tire 2. However, if the water is turned into the micromist, the particle is bounced off from a tire surface in collision of the particle with the tire 2, the micromist is electrically charged with static of the tire 2 when the micromist is bounced off, and the static of the tire 2 is discharged to a road surface by the electrically-charged micromist, so that a charge amount of the tire 2 and is reduced and the electricity of the tire 2 is removed.
