Abstract:
PURPOSE: To completely remove static electricity to prevent the generation of a spark by introducing insulating fluid into a guide pipe through a cylindrical filter and a wire net and causing it to flow out through an earth bar part.
CONSTITUTION: An earth bar 8a of a prescribed length is coaxially inserted into a guide pipe 2 from its lower end, which is fixed to the bottom plate of a lower shell 5. The earth bar 6a has its inserting tip pointed and is provided with plural acicular projections on the periphery the direction that intersects perpendicularly to the shaft and along the shaft with their projection shaft being alternately shifted. The guide pipe 2 is provided with a lower flange having a cylinder in the upper part coaxially arranged in the lower end part, a cover in the upper end part, and an upper flange coaxially. Between both the upper and lower flanges, a filter 3 is arranged. On the outer side of the guide pipe 2 between both the upper and lower flanges, a cylindrical wire set 4 is coaxitially arranged. Then, oil enters the guide pipe 2 through the cylindrical filter 3 and the wire net 4, and flows in the guide pipe 2 in the direction of the earth bar 6a, and flows out from the lower end. Static electricity on passing through the filter 3 is collected.
