Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically neutralize the person that enters an air shower room or whole object, relatively in a short time.SOLUTION: A neutralization and de-dusting method blows both of an ionic wind (I) containing positive/negative ions and air (A) not containing positive/negative ions to an operator (11) who enters an air shower room (1) or object to electrically neutralize and de-dust the person or object. An air quantity (M) of the ionic wind (I) is smaller than an air quantity (M) of the air (A).
