Abstract:
To provide a static eliminator capable of stably removing or suppressing static electricity from a machine, reducing a mechanical loss caused by static electricity generation, and maximally exhibiting the capacity of the machine.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a static eliminator 20 which is a static electricity removing device, which is mounted on the machine and removes static electricity. This eliminator includes: a negative ion generating element 21 which generates negative ions; and a container 22 which is mounted on the machine and in which the negative ion generating element 21 is housed. The static eliminator 20 electrically neutralizes static electricity charged as a positive charge in the machine by negative ions generated by the negative ion generating element 21, thereby eliminating the static electricity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
