Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance static pressure rigidity, and thereby, prevent the occurrence of vibration and chatter by letting following factors such as a static pressure gap between opposite static pressure pockets, the cross sectional area of a both end plunger, the cross sectional. area of a central land section, a static pressure pocket form factor, and a fixed throttling factor be related to a specified equation which can satisfy the aforesaid factors.
CONSTITUTION: A discharge port 12 at the one side of the center collar 6a of a valve main body 6 is connected to a static pressure pocket 3 via a throttle valve 13, and a discharge port 15 at the other side is connected to a static pressure pocket 4 via a throttle valve 16. Furthermore, a chamber 18 at the end face side of a plunger 11 and a chamber 19 are communicated with the static pressure pocket 4 and the static pressure pocket 3 respectively. And let following factors such as a static pressure gap (t) between the opposite static pressure pockets 3 and 4, the cross sectional, area A1 of a both end plunger 11, the cross sectional area A0 of a central land section 10, a static pressure pocket form factor R1, and a fixed throttling factor R2 be related to a specified equation which satisfies the aforesaid factors. In this case, (t) can be determined by the equation if constants A0, A1, R1, and R2 are given, indifinite rigidity opposite static pressure is established regardless of pressure, the feed amount of pressure oil to the static pressure pockets are controlled, and the axial center of a loading section agrees with a theoretical center, so that the occurrence of vibration and chatter is thereby restrained.
